DF-2 cubicles with an interrupting function are fitted with a drive mechanism for the operation of the load-break switch and/or the earthing switch.
The drive mechanism is located behind the removable front panel. It is mounted within the DF-2 cubicle in such a way that it can be easily removed, even if the cubicle is in operation.

At the moment, Deba nv offers nine different types of drive mechanisms, which can be reduced to two major models:

• DA drive mechanisms (combination load-break switch / earthing switch)
• DP drive mechanisms (combination load-break switch / fuse)

All drive mechanisms are fully prepared to receive the available options, at a later date, if required.
