Lacquering of the doors

At the lacquering plant of Vandereyt, the doors undergo a complete process of degreasing, chemical pickling, phosphatising, passivating, and, finally, rinsing with demineralised water.

In the completely equipped powder-blasting cabin, the doors are automatically sprayed with polyester powder. Subsequently, in the muffle furnace, the surface is hardened at a temperature of 200 °C.
