Sheet-metal working

The sheet-metal department has at its disposal the most modern CNC-operated machines:

• on two laser cutting machines, integrated within a line of automatic loading and unloading systems, the parts for the mechanisms are manufactured from high-quality steel sheeting
• two ultra-speedy punching and corner-cutting machines, both provided with a loading and sorting unit, feature a multitude of possibilities for matrix forms and plate jogglers, and supply accurately made-to-measure galvanised sheet parts
• after leaving the punching centres, a perfectly composed product is created on the fully automatic folding bench
• following on the bending machine, a numerically driven welding device can be connected, to provide the door panels with the required welding bolts and to weld together the corners

(Final) assembly

• pre-assembly of partial components
• assembly of the pre-assembled parts to form fully-fledged cubicles, according to a strict assebly procedure
• assembly of optional provisions, if any, according to customer-specific requirements
• various mechanical and electrical inspections and testing procedures (resistance measurements, voltage tests)

Shipping

• each cubicle is mounted on a Euro pallet, with tensioning belts, and packed for transport in special protective foil
