Assembly of the drive mechanism

• specially designed clamping shoes offer the operator excellent accessibility to the drive mechanism, from all sides
• intensive inspection of the mechanisms and any electrical options

RV44 load-break switch

• the RV44 is completely assembled by automated assembly robots
• fully automated SF6 gas-fill installations, which are installed in a dust-free room, accessible via a double lock-gate system, guarantee the perfect filling of the switch
• the RV44 is subjected to extensive vacuum tests using helium leak detection.

EM 20 earthing switch

• inspection of the contact pressure of the earthing knives
